How to treat wheezing in 2 month old?

Depends: Much of the abnormal breathing sounds in a 2 mo will come from narrow nasal passages. A washout with saline can help these. If the kid is truly wheezing from their chest they may have RSV/bronchiolitis & needs to be evaluated by their doctor. This is critical if the kid is working harder to breathe &/or not feeding well.
