Symptoms in my 11 mobth old baby yellow phlegm coughing wheezing it been for over a week now phlegm came out yellow this morning . is it possible to treat at home or should she be check up?

Exam/treat: Any 11 mo that has been wheezing for a week likely has a problem requiring an exam & prescribed treatment. It might improve with supportive care but most simple issues would be over by now.
