Yes- may be too much: It looks like you're level's too high.I base this on the high FT4 more than the low TSH (adequate treatment often causes a low TSH). But it's unusual for such a low dose of Thryroxine to cause a high T4 so you may have thyroiditis,which can cause your thyroid to swing from under to overactive.
