Unlikely: inhaled steroids might cause fungal pharyngitis in general, that's why it is advisable to gargle or drink water after using them, the same applies after tooth extraction, wash your mouth after usage, bronchodilator inhalers aren't known to cause infection , wash your mouth anyways after using either type if you're concerned
