Does it hurt?: It sounds like some type of arthritis.many types and get you get tested for gout with uric acid and fluid from the joint,rheumatoid with anti ccp and rhematoid factor,celiac disease with Ab Ttp,ana panel to get evaluated for other types like lupus etc and xrays/MRI for osteoarthritis.
