See her doctor: First I wish your child recovery/control of her RA symptoms, given the bit complex condition especially with the potent drugs she is on and the round of steroids given lately, you need to stick to the regimen and get back to the treating physician, he/she can judge what is the next step, or seek a second opinion if you can, that's your right, goodluck
