Baker cyst : Really they should go down on there own. You body will self absorb the swelling. I would do hot and cold compress, and take ibuprofen. Try to prevent repeatedly bending knees like doing squats as this will aggravate it. You can get it evaluated by a orthopedic surgeon, if he can drain the fluid send it for culture, and fluid analysis.
