Pain: It is difficult to say what location is the source of the pain but all are likely connected. Possibilities include muscle tension and pinched nerves. Please see your doctor. If stress related a clinical psychologist may be helpful. One who does biofeedback or clinical hypnosis (www.asch.net) may be especially good.
