I am experiencing neck strain, dizziness that gets worse with changing head position, lying flat, prolonged standing, that is unaffected by sitting upright, and that gets better with rest, and that is unaffected by with fluids, neck pain, headache ?

Dizziness: A common reason for dizziness associated with movement of the head is vertigo. This can be from labrynthitis, benign postiional vertigo or mennier's disease.
