My 3 month old was using nan 1 formula, he developed eczema, he hadblood tests done for allergies, tests are negative, should i change his formula?

Maybe: Eczema has a food allergy component is about 1/3 infants but your tests suggest that is not part of the problem.However, allergy testing is not always very accurate in young infants. To test out the question you would need to switch to an elemental formula in which the origin proteins are broken down to amino acids. They are quite expensive. Alumentum is one in the US. Not sure what you have in SA
