Diet?: Consider food allergies. Common allergens include milk, eggs, corn, and soy to name a few. You might want to see an allergist for testing.

Unfortunately.......: Very few cases of eczema are improved by eliminating foods from the diet. Also, skin tests usually used to determine allergies (for hay fever, for example), are not reliable in patients with skin problems like eczema, so the only way to tell is by trial and error which is difficult. See a dermatologist for a good skin regimen before getting too caught up in eliminating foods from her diet.
