Headaches: I recommend that you be evaluated,advised and treated by a neurologist with a special focus on headaches or visit a headache clinic. . You will receive proper testing for diagnosis and up to date treatment. Headaches during menses may be migraine or tension type and each are treated differently and preventative measures are often effective.
