How come are these products like lucozade and glucose and phils beer are for diabetics?

Why: Lucozade is a so-called "energy drink" which is worthless. Beer is beer, which in moderation is ok for people w/diabetes, it you account for the calories by subtracting something else from your diet and only drinking in moderation and with meals.
