Allergies: Allergies are likely causes. Try taking an antihistamine medication like benadryl(can cause drowsiness) or claritin(nondrowsy). Nose drops like neosynephrine or afrin help runny noses but try not to use them too much. Knowing what causes your allergies would be very helpful so you could avoid them.
