Tip of my nose itches. not sneezing or no running nose. what could it be?

Nothing: True pathological itching of the tip of the nose can be seen almost only in start of a zona of the face or vth cranial nerve. The second would be a local contact dermatitis. I have yet to find a pathological reason other than above in a normal exam. Ignore it.
