Propanolol prepH: Why are you on propranolol? Prep H contains vasoconstrictors so if you have HTN it can potentially raise your blood pressure, if you have an arrhythmia it theoretically could exacerbate . For hemorrhoids one can do sitz baths and try anusol a steroid suppository or proctofoam a steroid foam -those may require prescription. F/u/ w/ MD
