For a month now i've had a very itchy hemorrhoid. i can't go a day w/out a suppository and creams/wipes. can't afford dr - no pain but not going away?

Stool softner: If the only problem is itching and you know it is a hemorrhoid then stool softeners can help decrease the irratation of bowel movements which will decrease the inflammation. However other things can cause rectal itching, such as worms. If hemorrhoid meds & stool softener does not decrease it you might want to be checked. If blood, drainage need exam.
