If just got: If it just started and no high blood pressure can take an overthe counter decongestant if nose clogged up.Can either get in shower or use Nedipot.If short of breath make sure to see someone.With colds and they are usually caused by viruses wash hand well and others in house so does not spread.May have a low grade fever first few days then tylenol.If body aches see someone soon could be flu.
