My daughter caught a cold and has a very high fever for a day. when i took her to the er, she told the doctor that she had pain around her sinus regions. we were sent home with fever-reducing medications, but she now has weird marks along her nose?

It’s hard to say without seeing the rash. Perhaps fifth disease caused by parvovirus? You can Google for pictures. If your child is feeling and acting normal then it should resolve on its own. However, if she is worsening or you are concerned then you should probably have her seen again. Hope she feels better soon!
