Cetrizine is OTC: Your medication is available over the counter. If you cannot afford that and your insurance is willing to cover it at a lower price, you can call your doctor and the office staff can call it directly into the pharmacy for you. It has no abuse potential, so they should not see you in any way as "drug-seeking.".
