Im 13 weeks pregnant. im pretty sure i caught a bad cold or the flu (will go to urgent care tomorrow). i called doc, and they said to treat it as the flu. will my baby be fine? ive been coughing constantly and it has caused me to cramp a lot?

Please have a COVID 19 test, rest and stay well hydrated, based on your symptoms and discussion with your PCP. Monitor your temperature and breathing, and if there is a fever, please see your physician. The cough should subside within a few days. Your OB will follow up with you and an ultrasound may be performed at the visit. Update vaccinations per your OB and stay healthy.
