I prefer you separately take acetaminophen (tylenol) as needed for fever, sore throat, body ache +/- diphenhydramine (benadryl) or chlorpheniramine (chlor-trimeton) as needed for excessive runny nose or post nasal drainage +/- robitussin DM or mucinex DM as needed for excessive cough rather than routinely take a combined OTC product for cold or flu such as theraflu tea.
