Consult endocrinolog: Evaluation by an endocrinologist and/or a search for the cause of your"low estrogen" as well as an explanation of the goals of your estrogen treatment (what optimal levels of estrogen?) would be the best way to answer your concern. Amenorrhea, anovulatory problems, ovarian insufficiency, premature ovarian failure or premature menopause are usually diagnosed and treated differently.
