?mass: I would start with a conference between your physician and the radiologist who interpreted the study and ask the radiologist for recommendations about other studies that may shed more information on the present findings as well as ask for suggestions about other specialists that could be consulted and help in making a definitive diagnosis. In other words, determine what is the best next step
