Low liklihood: But something there! And needs clarification. CT with contrast will solve the site, size, base, vascularity, and may lead to biopsy to confirm issue. Full history and exam should be done! Retroperitoneal node or mass would fit your X-ray description. Some neural tumors can be there also.
