Left chest pain: May be reflux/ gastritis with or without h pylori a bacteria , also rarely gallbladder ( that is usually right sided ). May consider ranitidine or prevacid . For H pylori need antibiotics F/u/ w MD

Would need more: information regarding duration, associated breathlessness, nausea, sweating, wheezing, aggravating and alleviating maneuvers or activities. It doesn't sound serious in your presentation or at your age, but needs a little more detail and prior medical/surgical history which I know is hard to provide in the limited text box you are given.
