Severe lower back pa: Not likely that the symptoms have anything to do with your appendectomy. Chest pain along with severe pain in the back should be looked at by your physician. This could be something serious so see your dr.

See your Dr ASAP: Chest pain should not be taken lightly and you should contact your doctor reference this asap. Regarding your low back and leg symptoms, it appears that it could be a form of sciatica. I would recommend seeing orthopedic spinal specialist for that.
