Nonspecific : Low back pain is very common, and usually related to muscle-spine problems that aren't dangerous. Stinging in the left chest doesn't point to a single diagnosis. Try things like stretching or yoga. Consider changing your mattress. If you're worried, see your primary care provider for a proper evaluation. Hope this helps!
