First, try to : refrain from manipulating acne as the inflammation caused usually produces scarring, prolonged discomfort and secondary infection. While it is unlikely to contract an STD from a licensed masseuse, bacteria can be introduced though I am surprised the masseuse would agree to perform the service with an open acne wound.
