Had a recent cbc. wbc 9.9. rbc 5.49. my platelet count was 253 (140-400). dr. said i may be was a little dehydrated cause hard to find a vein. does dehydration affect platelet count a lot? what would my platelet count be if i was better hydrated?

Not much different: In theory dehydration would elevate the count. In practice you would not be more than 5% dry or they would treat you for dehydration. That level would not alter the numbers significantly.

I recently had routine cbc. Absolute Eosinophils Came back high at 712. Wbc 7.1, rbc 4.81, hemoglobin 13.8, platelets 301, MCHC 32.2 which is borderline normal. I had cold/ little cough few days ago. Can this be leukemia or something dangerous?
Can WBC change due to dehydration? I had a CMP and CBC months ago. I was dehydrated, so some results for CMP were high (e.g., sodium) but normal for CBC. Now I took them again and everything is within notmal range. WBC is normal too but a lot lower?
