Ask your doctor: It is best to ask your GYN as well as the physician that placed you on it.It depends on your clinical situation of why you were put on it.If was major depression,etc there is risk staying on it and risk coming off it.They and you together go over the pros as well as the cons of reducing or stopping the meds

Some basics: The most important need of a new baby is to have a healthy mother. SSRI's like Zoloft are commonly taken by pregnant mothers & as long as it is working well for you do not stop. You can discuss this with your OBGYN who may prefer another similar SSRI, but as a Pedi I would not want you to change anything. As long as I know what you are on I can deal with its effect on baby.
