Stopped 50mg of zoloft (sertraline) when i got pregnant. need to go back on after 9 months off, should i start at 25mg or go right to 50mg?

If you had no: problem before, I would go right to 50 mg dose. If you are highly sensitive, then 25 mg should be your starting point.

It depends.: If you had no problems with it before, try the 50 MG dose. If you had side effects previously, start the dose at 25 MG first and increase it from there after a few days or a week. Good luck and congratulations on the birth of your child.
