No med is safest. : If medications can be avoided during the first 3 months of pregnancy, they should be avoided. That might mean doing talk therapy and improving self-management for your anxiety. Hope this helps.

Probably: Please discuss whether to continue Zoloft (sertraline) with your OB. I've found most of my patients who are taking Zoloft (sertraline) when finding they are pregnant are ok to continue by their OB. But every situation is different and must be assessed by your OB.
