Delay past 1st "tri": It really depends on the severity of depressive symptoms. The ssri-type antidepressants have been pretty safe when used during pregnancy so, if you're prone to suicidal ideation or neglecting taking good care of yourself, go ahead and get back on what has worked for you in the past. The further you get past organogenesis in the first trimester, generally, lowers the risk of some drug complication.
