I'm finding a lot of conflicting articles about zoloft and pregnancy. do you recommend going off it before conceiving or is it safe to stay on?

Pregnancy ?: Initial literature was adverse to the use of SSRI's in pregnancy, but have since been relaxed. Ask your provider about the use of an antidepressant with a shorter half-life, which would be easier to discontinue in pregnancy if necessary. Lexapro is one of the shorter acting medications in this category.
