Hopefully resolved!: I don't have a date/time of when you submitted this question, but I hope the situation is resolved. I wouldn't suspect your heart due to your age and the fact that you have struggled with reflux problems in the past. Having had negative cardiac tests "years ago" (UNUSUAL at 15!), is not helpful now. Hopefully all is well by now. Surely, this type of pain deserves urgent evaluation if >20-30 min.

C/p : Family history of early heart attacks? Obesity? cocaine use? These predispose to cardiac cause Likely may be acid reflux . Consider trying ranitidine/ prevecid and also a wedge under your pillow to prevent reflux. In any event since it chest pain call you doctor today or see urgent care.
