Get seen: Alot of medications are not studied in pregnancy and if studied not studied extensively so risk with anything.I would get seen as the cause of the sore throat.Tylenol is usually come considered safe but some? Questionable linkage to behavior problems.Salt water gargles would be an option but get seen to make sure no infection.

Depends: It depends on the cause of sore throat. Strep sore throat may require antibiotics. Viral infection may be handled with warm salt water gargle and acetaminophen. Have a healthy diet, exercise 30 minutes/day, drink plenty of water, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. For nutrition: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/.
