Hi i am 6 months pregnant and since earlier today at around 2pm i had a shower after an hour or so my left side neck and shoulders really aching?

Probably: Muscoloskeletal. It is ok to use some ibuprofin in short courses prior to 32 weeks and tylenol (acetaminophen) is the mainstay. It's not indicative of a disease process, likey need to treat the discomfort and will be a transient process. Good luck.
