PCOS: Documented PCOS (with ultrasound and history) is best treated with oral bcp's, which prevent effects of increased constant estrogen without ovulation on the inside lining of the uterus, and will stop the constant vaginal bleeding. If later you consider pregnancy, see a reproductive endocrinologist for ovulation induction, but until then, use oral bcp's (if there are no contraindications).
