Uterus Checkup: The uterus is a real effect of PCOS. Check lining with ultrasound of pelvis and if polyp have gyn remove it. Low dose BCP may help and ezxperimental evidence of metformin recently show a positive effect of Metformin on the uterus to minimize its tendency to enlarge and bleed.
