For the last two years i have been suffering from very itchy eyes which also results in discharge from my eyes. in the last few days my eyes have also become very dry with points where they are randomly watery. i have used relestat eyedrops.

Use eye drops: with antihistamine properties: Patanol, Elestat or generic equivalents. Call your ophthalmologist asap.
