Ophthalmologist: An eye Dr will help him. For antihistamine, use a non-sedating one: Allegra, Claritin, Zyrtec. Generics are the same except cost less. Ketotifen and other eye drops are effective. Allergy shots may help, but involve numerous shots over a long time.
