Possible blockage: Watery eyes come in many forms: from reflex tearing from dryness, wind, cold air; from allergies to environmental conditions; from photosensitivity; some types of headache; from infections; from eyelid malpositions; and from a partially blocked or blocked nasolacrimal duct. The latter two may be the cause but an exam is necessary to understand what your tearing is due to. I hope this helps.
