Toothache: To resolve your issues, the cause of your pain needs to be determined. Radiographs only supply some of the info to help your dentist. Without knowing the condition of the tooth, periodontal problems, prior root canal therapy, or your bite, it is hard to point you in the right direction. For that reason, your best bet is to have an endodontist examine that tooth to provide you with another opinion.
