I get even more sore on the second day after working out than on the first day after working out, is that normal? and what are ways i can minimize/prevent the soreness?

Yes normal: This is common when you start working out to be more sore the day after.Therefore stretch before working out and after working out.Drink plenty of water before,after and during your workout.Also start off slowly and slowly increase the exercising workout over several weeks.Tylenol or ibuprofen may help with the soreness the day after.Make surethat your urine is not dark tea color,if so get seen.
