Is it normal after 3 days my tongue piercings a tad sore,how prevent infection?i have a sensation that theirs a hair on it when there's not,is that ok

Very normal: tongue should not swell up. Check your temp daily

Tongue piercing: It may be a ittle sore. Essentially you have drilled a hole in your tongue - the mouth is not a particularly clean environment. I would try rinsing with either dilute hydrogen peroxide (50/50 with water) or dilute salt water 1 teaspoon of salt in 4 oz of water - rinse and spit out. Listerine (with its alcohol) may burn. good luck
