Amox good: Amoxicillin is a good antibiotic for mouth and tooth infections.If face begins swelling call Dentist immediately.If no swelling increases and can swallow ok,ok to follow up and do what dentist states.

Antibiotic: Penicillin is antibiotic of choice for dental abscess. Follow all instructions to the letter. Do not quit meds before your Dentist treats the tooth. If swelling occurs, if difficulty swallowing or breathing, contact Dentist immediately or go to ER.
