Depends on activity: Normal adult pulse is ranges from 50-100 bpm. If your household activity is vigorous, then 105 would be excellent. More importantly, if you should be able to accomplish your tasks well without feeling short of breath, then the actual rate is less important. For aerobic training, the heart rate that will most efficiently burn fat is 130 to 155 beats per minute.
