My blood pressure drops in the evenings when i stand for too long. yesterday my blood pressure dropped down to 34/26 my normal is 120/80. my heart rate is usually in the 80's, but dropped to 36. dysautonomia or something else?

The readings may not be accurate. It is concerning though and a Cardiology consult is recommended. A 24 hour home monitor may include a Holter test.

My first guess is your BP device is not accurate. At 34/26 you would be fainted away. And maybe even having a seizure.
