Im experiencing sternum/rib pain, especially when i lay down. when i inhale i can feel discomfort too. could it just be costochondritis?

Atypical chest pain: Flu-cold - pericarditis (less when leaning forward) or pneumonia (worse when taking deep breath). Cough & Pain when your chest is pressed-costochondritis. Leg swelling-DVT(blood clot in leg going to lungs).
